New TV Ad in New Hampshire

Club for Growth.NET Releases New Ad in New Hampshire

Washington - Today, Club for Growth.Net began a statewide television ad buy in New Hampshire. The $400,000 ad buy will run for two weeks on broadcast and cable television throughout the state.

Entitled "Add Up," the ad seeks to inform people in New Hampshire about former Governor Jeanne Shaheen's abysmal record on the economy so they can encourage her to change her ways. As governor, Shaheen enacted the first statewide property tax, proposed the first ever sales tax, and said she would sign the first state income tax. Shaheen also opposed lawsuit reforms, making it harder for New Hampshire businesses to grow. At this time, when encouraging economic growth is so important, people in New Hampshire need to be aware of Jeanne Shaheen's record so that they can call her and encourage her to support policies like lower taxes and lawsuit reform.

"We hope this ad will make people in New Hampshire aware of Jeanne Shaheen's troublesome record on economic issues," said Club for Growth.Net President Pat Toomey. "Policies that raise taxes will only stifle our economy and hurt New Hampshire workers when they can least afford it. We encourage everyone in New Hampshire to call Jeanne Shaheen and tell her to start embracing policies that will lower taxes and reform our legal system."
